Every product we sell includes a full manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — specific coverage periods are listed on each product page. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we'll help you get it resolved.

What is covered

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use conditions. This includes structural failures, component malfunctions, and issues that result from how the product was built — not how it was used. Coverage periods vary by product and component, with some parts carrying longer coverage than others. Refer to the product page or your order documentation for the specific warranty terms on your purchase.

What is not covered

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, failure to follow care and maintenance instructions, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function, or damage caused by acts of nature. Commercial use of products sold for residential use may also void coverage depending on the manufacturer's terms.

How to file a warranty claim

Contact us at support@vantawellness.com or 302-402-2103 with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos or video if possible — this speeds up the process significantly. We'll review the claim, coordinate with the manufacturer, and communicate next steps. Depending on the issue, resolution may include replacement parts, a service visit, or a full unit replacement.

Warranty service timeline

We aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 2 business days. Resolution timelines vary depending on the nature of the issue and whether parts need to be sourced or a technician needs to be dispatched. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Warranty vs. returns

Warranty claims apply to defects discovered after installation and use. If you haven't yet installed or used the product and want to return it, see our Return Policy instead. The two are handled separately, and our team can help you determine which path applies to your situation.
