Return policy.

Overview

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If a product isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items are handled separately and resolved at no cost to you. This policy applies to orders placed on vantawellness.com and shipped within the contiguous United States.

30-day return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and unopened with no water, debris, or signs of installation, returned in its original packaging including all accessories and protective materials, and free of any cosmetic damage or modification. Once an item has been filled with water, wired in, or otherwise installed, it is no longer eligible for a standard return — but it remains covered by the manufacturer warranty for defects.

Restocking and shipping fees

Because of the size and freight cost of saunas and cold plunges, eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Original shipping is non-refundable — if your order shipped free, the actual outbound freight cost is also deducted. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll provide a freight quote and bill of lading; you don't need to source carriers yourself. None of these fees apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product.

Non-returnable items

Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order configurations are not eligible for return. The same applies to items that have been used or installed, replacement parts, filters, chemicals, consumables, gift cards, and any items marked final sale at the time of purchase. Damaged or defective on arrival

Inspect your order before signing for delivery. Note any visible damage on the freight bill of lading before signing, and email photos to support@vantawellness.com within 48 hours. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll cover replacement, repair, or a full refund — your choice — with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost. Concealed damage discovered after unboxing is also covered, but we need to hear about it within 7 days of delivery to file the freight claim.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for any reason and receive a full refund as long as it hasn't shipped. Once your order is in transit, the standard return policy applies. Most orders ship within 7–10 days, so reach us as soon as possible. Email support@vantawellness.com or call 302-402-2103.

Refund timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Klarna and Affirm refunds are sent to the lender and applied to your loan balance per their terms. Bank transfer and ACH refunds take 3–5 business days after we initiate.

How to start a return

Email support@vantawellness.com or call 302-402-2103 with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send a Return Authorization (RA) number with shipping instructions. Pack the item in its original packaging, write the RA number on the outside of the box, and hand it to the freight carrier we coordinate. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.

Warranty vs. returns

This policy covers returns — items you've changed your mind about. Manufacturing defects discovered after installation are covered separately under the full manufacturer warranty included with every product. Warranty terms vary by product and component.
