Overview
We ship saunas and cold plunges to the contiguous United States via freight carrier. All orders include free curbside freight delivery on purchases over $2,000. Because these are large, heavy items, shipments are coordinated in advance — you'll always know when your order is arriving before it shows up at your door.
Processing and lead times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days of purchase. Certain products or configurations may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Freight delivery
Saunas and cold plunges ship via freight carrier, not standard parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx. Freight shipments are delivered to the curb or end of driveway. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window before the truck arrives. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt to reschedule — additional fees from the carrier may apply for missed delivery attempts.
Inspect before you sign
Before signing the freight bill of lading, inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice damage, note it on the bill of lading before signing and contact us at support@vantawellness.com within 48 hours with photos. This step is critical to processing any damage claim quickly and at no cost to you. Signing without noting damage may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
Shipping rates
Free curbside freight delivery is included on all orders over $2,000 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders under $2,000 may be subject to a freight fee calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Freight tracking works differently from parcel tracking — updates may be less frequent, but you'll see major transit milestones and the carrier will reach out directly to schedule your delivery window. Delays
We do our best to ship on time, but freight transit times can be affected by carrier capacity, weather, and other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you. For time-sensitive orders, reach out before placing so we can give you an accurate timeline.
