About your order.

  • Where do I find my order number?
    It's in your order confirmation email — subject line starts with "Your Vanta Wellness order." It also appears on your account page under Orders if you checked out with an account.
  • How long until my order ships?
    Most orders ship within 7–10 days. We send a tracking link the moment your order is on the truck so you can plan delivery day around your schedule.
  • My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I worry?
    Freight tracking can sit quiet for 2–3 days between hubs — that's normal. If it's been longer than four business days without a scan, send us your order number at support@vantawellness.com and we'll chase it down.
  • How does delivery scheduling work?
    Once your order reaches the local terminal, the carrier calls you to set a delivery appointment — usually a 2–4 hour window. Make sure the phone number on your order is the one to reach you on.
  • What should I check when it arrives?
    Walk around the crate before you sign. If you see crushed corners, punctures, or anything off, note it on the BOL with the driver. Photos help. With damage noted on the BOL, we can resolve a claim quickly; without it, options narrow.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us with your order number and the new address. Once it's on the truck, address changes get expensive and aren't always possible, so the sooner you let us know the better.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they ship. Once your order is in transit, it falls under our return policy — return shipping and a small restocking fee apply. Call 302-402-2103 and we'll walk you through your options.
