Orders & shipping

  • How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days. Larger or custom builds can take a little longer — we'll always confirm the window in writing before charging your card.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard delivery to the contiguous US on orders $2,000+. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses may have an additional freight quote, which we'll review with you before charging.

  • What does delivery actually look like?

Saunas and cold plunges ship by freight on a pallet. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a delivery window. Standard service is curbside; you'll want a second set of hands or a hand truck to move it from the curb to its final spot.

Need white-glove placement? We can arrange it for an added fee — just mention it before you order.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — until the order ships. Reply to your confirmation email or call 302-402-2103 and we'll update or cancel at no charge. Once it leaves the warehouse, our standard return policy applies.

  • What if my package arrives damaged?

Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. If you see visible damage, note it on the carrier's paperwork and snap a few photos. Email us within 48 hours and we'll handle the freight claim and replacement parts at no cost to you.

  • I'm buying for a gym, hotel, or studio — who do I talk to?

We have dedicated commercial reps who handle volume pricing, multi-unit installs, and tax-exempt orders. Start on the For Business page or call 302-402-2103 and ask for a sales rep.

Setup & use

  • Do I need an electrician for a sauna?

It depends on the model. Most plug-in infrared saunas run on a standard 120V/15-amp dedicated outlet — no electrician required. Larger traditional saunas and some commercial-grade infrared models need a hardwired 240V circuit, which a licensed electrician should install.

The electrical requirements are listed on every product page. If you're not sure, call us before you buy.

  • What about cold plunge setup?

Most plunges plug into a standard 120V outlet, sit on a flat, level surface, and need a water source for the initial fill. Outdoor plunges should have GFCI protection. Drainage is gravity-fed, so plan for a spot near a drain or a slope.

  • How long does setup take?

Most home infrared saunas assemble in 60–90 minutes with two people. Cold plunges are usually under 30 minutes plus fill time. Traditional saunas with hardwired heaters take longer and may need an electrician on-site.

  • Sauna or cold plunge — which should I start with?

It depends on your goal. Saunas tend to be easier to commit to daily — great for relaxation, sleep, and cardiovascular work. Cold plunges are sharper, great for recovery, mood, and inflammation. Most customers eventually own both. Try our Find Your Fit quiz or call us and we'll talk through your space.

  • Infrared vs traditional sauna — what's the difference?

Traditional saunas heat the air (160–200°F) using a stove and stones. Infrared saunas heat your body directly using infrared panels, running cooler (120–150°F) and using less power. Infrared is the easier home install; traditional is the classic high-heat experience.

  • How much maintenance does a cold plunge need?

Plunges with built-in filtration and ozone or UV sanitation typically need a quick filter rinse weekly and a full water change every 1–3 months depending on use. Models without sanitation need more frequent water changes.

  • Are these safe to use every day?

For most healthy adults, yes — daily sauna and regular cold plunge use are well-studied. If you're pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or are managing a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.

Payments & financing

  • Can I pay over time?

Yes. We offer 0% APR financing up to 36 months through Affirm and Klarna at checkout, subject to lender approval. Most plunges and saunas qualify for monthly plans starting under $200/mo.

  • Will applying for financing hurt my credit?

Pre-qualification with Affirm or Klarna is a soft credit pull and won't affect your score. A hard pull only happens if you accept the offer.

  • Are saunas and cold plunges HSA/FSA eligible?

They can be — with a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed provider. Our partner Truemed handles eligibility and reimbursement at checkout. See the HSA / FSA page for the full process.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, and HSA/FSA debit cards via Truemed. For commercial orders we also accept ACH and POs — see the business page.

  • Are the prices on your site the all-in price?

Yes. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and standard delivery is free on orders $2,000+.

  • Do you price match?

If you find the same product, same model, same condition listed lower at another authorized dealer, send us the link and we'll match it. Auctions, marketplaces, and gray-market sellers don't qualify.

Returns & warranty

  • What warranty comes with my product?

Every product on Vanta Wellness ships with the full manufacturer warranty — we're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so you get the same coverage you'd get buying direct. Specific terms (cabinet, chiller, electronics) live on each product page.

  • What's your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, less return freight. Used items are evaluated case-by-case. Full terms live on our refund policy page.

  • Something broke after I started using it. What do I do?

Email support@vantawellness.com with your order number, a short description, and photos or a video if possible. We'll triage it directly with the manufacturer and get parts or a replacement on the way — you don't have to chase the brand yourself.

  • Do I have to register the warranty?

Some manufacturers require it; some don't. We send registration instructions with your shipping confirmation if your product needs it.
